Your standing order will be put on hold and accumulated if your account has overdue payment. All accumulated orders will be delivered to you when overdue is cleared. IMPORTANT: Your beverage machine will be withdrawn when TWO accumulated standing orders are on hold.

Payment is made but order is still not received

Contact us at hello@zuppa.com.my and include your company name, proof of payment, paid invoice number, a list of amounts and invoices paid (if more than one invoice is paid). Partial or no payment

If overdue is not paid in full, your orders will continue to be put on-hold. Your order can only be processed once the overdue is fully settled.

I received an overdue payment follow-up email

It means you have unpaid invoice which is past due (a payment that has not been made by its invoice due date). How to tell which invoices are overdue

If you've received overdue email(s) from us that lists your outstanding/overdue invoices, please refer to it. Or, you can email us at hello@zuppa.com.my to request for the overdue listing. You will get a reply typically within 2 work days.

Did not receive the automated invoice email

If you did not receive the automated invoice email, it might be in your spam folder or blocked by your company's network spam blocker. It could also be because your email address or any other intended email address is not registered as your billing email address. Your default billing email address is your ZuppaMarket account
