No. Nestlé Professional does not bill or service office customers directly in Malaysia. Businesses that want a Nestlé Professional coffee machine must go through an authorized distributor such as Zuppa Sdn Bhd.
A free-on-loan coffee machine means the machine is placed in your office at zero cost — no rental fee, no deposit, and no purchase required. You pay only for the coffee ingredients and supplies consumed. Each model's monthly minimum quantity may differ.
Zuppa offers a 30-day return policy — if the machine does not suit your office within 30 days, you can return it without penalty. If you need a lock-in period however, we're happy to discuss your contract terms.
For most Malaysian offices, renting is more cost-effective than purchasing. Buying a commercial coffee machine requires RM5,000–RM30,000+ upfront, plus the dreaded maintenance especially after the first year. Random fees will pop up and getting approvals for adhoc costs will be a pain. With Zuppa's free-on-loan model, there is zero upfront cost, no deposit, and maintenance is fully included — making it a predictable, lower-risk option for offices of 20 or more people.

No. The machine is free on loan. There is no deposit, no installation fee, and no maintenance charge. You pay only for ingredients and supplies ordered. What may have charges is a direct piping fee which you can use your maintenance team or plumber following our guidelines. Should you not have a plumber — we can recommend one to you.
