No. Nestlé Professional does not bill or service office customers directly in Malaysia. Businesses that want a Nestlé Professional coffee machine must go through an authorized distributor such as Zuppa Sdn Bhd.
A free-on-loan coffee machine means the machine is placed in your office at zero cost — no rental fee, no deposit, and no purchase required. You pay only for the coffee ingredients and supplies consumed. Each model's monthly minimum quantity may differ.
Yup — really! You don't need to purchase the machine from us, there is no rental fee, no security deposit, and no installation charge. You only pay for the coffee consumables your team consumes each month. Servicing, maintenance, and spare parts are covered at no extra cost. The one potential add-on is a direct piping fee which you pay to a plumber if your office setup requires it.
Zuppa offers a 30-day return policy — if the machine does not suit your office within 30 days, you can return it without penalty. If you need a lock-in period however, we're happy to discuss your contract terms.
Once your order is confirmed, most machines are delivered and installed within 1–5 working days, depending on your location and machine availability. Direct-piping setups may need slightly more lead time.
For most Malaysian offices, renting is more cost-effective than purchasing. Buying a commercial coffee machine requires RM5,000–RM30,000+ upfront, plus the dreaded maintenance especially after the first year. Random fees will pop up and getting approvals for ad-hoc costs will be a pain. What may have charges is a direct piping fee which you can use your maintenance team or plumber following our guidelines. Should you not have a plumber — we can recommend one to you.
