If you did not receive the automated invoice email, it might be in your spam folder or blocked by your company’s network spam blocker.
It could also be because your email address or any other intended email address is not registered as your billing email address. Your default billing email address is your ZuppaMarket account email address or the email address(es) input in the Zuppa Corporate Account Form submitted.
Contact us right away at hello@zuppa.com.my to request for invoice, add or remove billing email address(es).
It is important to always update us your latest billing email address to ensure the automated invoice email is sent to you and your finance department timely.
